Every single piece of fruit in our assortments is selected, hand-sliced, and dehydrated by us, one batch at a time. Because our process relies entirely on human hands rather than factory machines, no two bags will ever look exactly identical.
Our goal is to let the fruit's true character shine. Sometimes that means celebrating the pure, naked sweetness of the fruit itself. Other times, we love to experiment by dressing up our hand-cut apple bananas with local Li Hing Mui powder or tossing in some ube-flavored white chocolate chips for a bit of decadent variety.
When you open your bag, here is how you know it’s genuinely hand-crafted:
Shapes & Shades: Without giant automated cutters, our slices vary slightly in size, and natural fruit colors shift with the seasons. We don't use artificial dyes to force a uniform look.
The "Small-Batch" Hug: Real fruit sugars and natural banana starches cause pieces to stick together even after dehydrating. A gentle squeeze of the bag or peeling them apart by hand separates them easily.
Honest, Intentional Ingredients: When we add sugar, it’s always with a clear purpose - like traditional Li Hing Mui or premium chocolate. We choose quality toppings over cheap fillers every single time.
Zero Machine Powders: Mass-produced fruit operations use chemical anti-caking dusts to keep pieces perfectly separated. We choose a little natural stickiness over chemical additives.
If you manage to not eat them all in one sitting, please store your snacks in their fancy reusable bag in a cool, dark place for the longest shelf life! No refrigeration necessary.
